From Whence Do They Come and Whither Do They Go?
I recently visited the Stillwater National Wildlife Refuge near Fallon, Nevada to do some avian viewing. This is a time of peak migration at this more than 81,000 acre refuge and the number and variety of birds were impressive. Professor Benjamin Edwards at the University of Nevada’s William S. Boyd School of Law has been focusing his attention on another type of migration - the relocation of corporate charters to and from Delaware and other states.
